Daniela started climbing when she was 20 years old — and it was love at first move. It all began on plastic holds indoors, but her passion quickly grew into something much bigger. She entered a few competitions just for fun, and before she knew it, she had won her first Swedish Championship in bouldering and was competing at World Cups and the World Championships.

But life took an unexpected turn when a shoulder injury forced her to take a break from climbing. That pause became the beginning of something new — a journey into yoga and movement training, where she discovered the importance of balance, body awareness, and mental presence.

After her injury, Daniela traded competition walls for climbing adventures around the world. She realized that her true place was outdoors, in nature — and with that insight came a new passion: sharing her experience and inspiring others to follow their dreams.

Today, Daniela works as a climbing coach with a holistic approach, combining physical strength, technique, and mental training. She believes that true progress in climbing is not only about muscle and grip, but also about courage, focus, and inner balance.

She organizes climbing trips to her favorite destinations across Europe, hosts women’s climbing events, and leads Mountain Guide Travel’s mentorship program for aspiring female climbing instructors — The Academy.

Her goal is to help others find the knowledge, strength, and confidence to pursue their climbing dreams — big or small.
