SUMMARY:Tour du Monte Rosa - High alpine glacier hike 2026
DESCRIPTION:[vc_section el_id=”Översikt”][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””] \nThe Tour du Monte Rosa is a high alpine hiking adventure across glaciers and up to 4\,000-meter peaks. During this journey through the mountains of Switzerland and Italy\, together with your IFMGA-certified guide\, we aim to summit no fewer than six 4\,000-meter peaks. You’ll be rewarded with truly breathtaking views and an extraordinary adventure unlike any other. \nThis is high-altitude hiking on glaciers\, but without technical climbing. It’s exciting\, at times steep and a bit exposed\, yet never too extreme—just the right level of challenge. You don’t need prior glacier or climbing experience for this trip; good fitness and balance are enough. \nThe Tour du Monte Rosa is sometimes called the “Spaghetti Tour.” You may also hear the Tour du Matterhorn referred to as the Tour du Monte Rosa\, but on our journey\, you’ll travel both around and across the entire Monte Rosa massif! \n[/vc_column_text]\n	\n \n\n\n \n	\n\n[vc_column_text css=””]Dates: June 17-22\, 2027 (6 days)Participants: Minimum 2 / Maximum 3Guide-to-Client Ratio: 1:3Start: ChamonixAccommodation: Mountain hutsPrice: €1\,890[/vc_column_text]\n \n Book here\n Book here\n \n \n \n \n	[/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_section el_id=”Innehall”][vc_row][vc_column]Content[vc_column_text css=””] \nThe Tour du Monte Rosa is a high alpine trekking adventure through Switzerland and Italy\, where we aim to summit no less than six 4\,000-meter peaks. The most convenient option is to fly to Geneva Airport (GVA)\, located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Chamonix. Regular shuttle services run throughout the day\, and we recommend companies such as AlpyBus\, Mountain Drop-offs\, or Chamonix Express. \nSafety & Risk Management \nAll mountain adventures involve risks. Understanding and managing these risks is an important part of the experience. \nOur guides continuously assess risks\, choose appropriate routes\, and adapt the plan according to the weather\, current conditions\, and the group’s ability. \nFor this trip\, the main factors to be aware of are: \n\nRapid weather changes\nHigh altitude and changing weather conditions\nLong days in alpine terrain\n\nOur goal is never to eliminate all risk—that is impossible in a mountain environment. Instead\, we work to identify\, understand\, and manage risks in order to create experiences that are as safe\, rewarding\, and enjoyable as possible. \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_section el_id=”Packlista”][vc_row][vc_column]Gear list[vc_column_text css=””] \nPacking List \n\n\nAlpine boots (over the ankle) \n\n\nHiking pants \n\n\nBase layer / long-sleeve t-shirt \n\n\nThin hat \n\n\nLight fleece jacket \n\n\nThicker fleece jacket or light down jacket \n\n\nWind- and waterproof jacket (preferably a shell without lining) \n\n\nWind- and waterproof pants (preferably shells without lining) \n\n\nThin gloves \n\n\nThicker gloves \n\n\nBackpack (approx. 35–40 liters) \n\n\nWater bottle or hydration system \n\n\nSunscreen \n\n\nEarplugs (useful in mountain huts) \n\n\nTrekking poles (collapsible\, attachable to backpack) \n\n\nSun hat or cap & sunglasses \n\n\nSnacks \n\n\nSleeping bag liner \n\n\nUnderwear & socks \n\n\nPersonal first aid kit \n\n\nToiletries \n\n\nPhone & charger \n\n\nHeadlamp \n\n\nGaiters \n\n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_row section_type=”fullwidth”][vc_column]\n	\n \n\n\n \n	\n\n[/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_section el_id=”Boka”][vc_row][vc_column]Booking\n \n Book here\n Book here\n \n \n \n \n	[/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_section el_id=”Bildgalleri”][vc_row][vc_column]Photo Gallery\n	\n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n	\n More\n \n \n	\n \n \n	\n\n[/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
