My first hiking trip to Norway in 2015 was the starting point for a total lifestyle change. It sparked a strong sense of desire and freedom, and I realized that this is where I wanted to be – in the mountains. After a few years, my passion for hiking turned into a love of climbing, which is now my main sport. I now commute between Stockholm and Chamonix, which I enjoy immensely. It gives me the opportunity to experience both the pulse of the big city and the adventures in the mountains – two worlds that I truly appreciate. Exercise is a central part of my life and something I am passionate about. I have not always been in good shape, but it is something I built up as an adult. I would like more people to experience how amazing it feels to exercise, and how good you can feel by taking care of your body.
